XXIST require personal information for you to subscribe to any XXIST services. Services include the XXIST Newsletter and the XXIST Online Survey Panel and new services may be added at a later date. The personal information required to subscribe to these services is for our own purposes to help us categorise our users for the purpose of market research and in terms of the newsletter to help us market the service. No personal details will be used for any other purposes than those stated in the registration processes for these specific services. Apart from the basic registration that requires: name, email, user name and password all other personal detail is discretionary.
All XXIST subscribers that provide us with additional personal information can be assured that all data will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any outside party, except if we are required by law to do so or in confidence, to agencies to administer accounts, products or services provided to you by us.
The way in which personal data is gathered is by you inputting data into your Personal Portal Page. Some basic registration information is requested before a Personal Portal page is created. Your Personal Portal Page is unique to you and we use security technology in order to protect, as far as possible, access to it by others. Please keep your user name and password safe and on no account let a third party into your Personal Portal Page.
XXIST do not sell or rent out your e-mail address or any information on your Personal Portal Page to other marketers. Your Personal Portal Page is where you subscribe and unsubscribe to XXIST services.
Any communication that you receive as a result of subscribing to an XXIST service will always be clearly identifiable as coming from XXIST. We may periodically contact you via mail or email with new information about XXIST's products and services. If you do not wish us to contact you with this information, please tick the appropriate opt-out box on the registration form for the service or email admin@we.xxist.com at any time. Any issues concerning privacy of your information, data protection or abuse should be directed at info@we.xxist.com

To end or modify any subscription to an XXIST service it is necessary for users to visit their Personal Portal Page. This can be done either via the link in your original registration email or from the home page of the XXIST site www.xxist.com. If you cannot do this for any reason then email admin@we.xxist.com
